Hello, we’re husband and wife team Ruairi and Hannah.
Certified baby and toddler sleep consultants, NHS Pharmacists and proud parents to our 3 energetic little boys - lively 5 year old twins and our cheeky 1 year old.
When we became parents to our twins in 2020 we experienced first hand the results of long term sleep deprivation. We were utterly exhausted, overwhelmed and functioning in survival mode. We weren’t enjoying parenting and we’d completely lost the people and couple we used to be. So we spent months researching baby and twin sleep and our passion for infant sleep was born.
Fast forward 4 years and with another little boy added to our family, we used everything we’d learned and this time sleep felt different. So we decided to train as infant sleep consultants and created The Mini Sleep Experts- to give parents the clear plan, reassurance and ongoing support we wished we’d had.
Because when sleep improves, everything improves. And you deserve to enjoy parenthood, not just survive it.
What working with us looks like
Comprehensive review your little one’s routine logs
We begin by analysing what’s currently happening. We’ll do an in-depth review of your mini’s sleep and activity logs, including their bedtime routine, naps, diet and mood. This allows us to see what’s going well and where we can make changes to improve sleep.
1 hour consultation
Following the review we’ll have an hour long 1:1 call to discuss your little one, their sleep and activity logs and the solution to their sleep challenges. We’ll go through your personalised plan, discuss your sleep goals and decide together which sleep coaching approach will work for you and your family. We will also answer any questions you may have.
A sleep plan tailored to your family
We’ll send you your bespoke sleep plan for your mini containing all the information we discussed on your consultation and the step by step solution to help you reach your goals.
2 weeks of support
The next day, your 1:1 support will begin. We’ll coach and support you via WhatsApp while you put your plan into place. We’ll be providing reassurance, giving solutions to any obstacles along the way and cheering you on, celebrating your little one’s wins with you!
